The whole process took 4-5 months. I was recommended by another employee but 3 months passed and no call, no e-mail. They gave me 2 online tests, I passed them and they started insisting after 4 months after application to come at an interview. Why whould they think that after 4 months a really strong candidate would be still available? Same thing happens for other countries as well.
