Received the call from LinkedIn. One hour phone interview mostly coding. I was giving a good amount of time to prepare for the interview. The interviewer was very helpful and cooperative. The recruiter is easily approachable and fast in response.

I received an interview invitation from an Amazon recruiter, and the interview process is structured as follows: "Online Application" → "Assessments" → "Phone Screening" → "Interview Loop." Initially, the recruiter did an excellent job of explaining the interview process and guiding the candidate through the preparation. However, during the "Phone Screening" phase, the experience was disappointing. The interviewer, who was junior to the candidate, seemed to be limited in their understanding and focused solely on their own area of knowledge, dismissing other situations and possibilities. This left me feeling confused. One of Amazon's leadership principles is "Learn and Be Curious," but I did not sense this principle being applied during the interview compared to the other tier-1 high-tech companies. My two cents.
