Applied online, received an email a month later to schedule interviews. I don't go to a big name school, so they do consider more than just the top schools. Back to back 1 hour interviews. The actual questions aren't difficult and should be simple if you've done data structures and algorithms. The difficulty comes from talking out loud so that they know what you're doing and the interviewer interrupting your train of thought to ask time complexity questions. Practice programming on paper while someone is asking you questions. Read programming interviews exposed and know how to solve the problems (vs just memorizing the answer). The answer didn't seem as important as the process. Make sure that you have a good headset, your phone has connectivity where you like to sit and don't worry too much about difficulty.
