Interview process is simple , you will have to go through three rounds basically, first would be a group discussion of some stupid random topic and if you go through it, You will have to give a versant and once you clear the versant of Pearson, you will be asked if you would work on a voice process as it is the highest paid around 2.1 may be and then once that is done.
