Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

Expect off the wall behavioral questions using star format. You will need to provide tons of details or the interviewer will ask follow up questions. Most interview pods will require you to meet 3 people for separate questions.
