Basically we were hired on the spot. The contingency was that we passed the drug test and had a clean background check. The entire thing was long because the process was in a group setting. The made you fill out a paper and watch videos. They also took your picture for your badge.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
For this position, there was no interview required. The application process was very simple and only required to fill a series of questions relevant to the employer, was hired on the spot.
