There was a group of about thirty people brought in for interviewing. We had a quick ice breaker and then broke off into groups of two where we met with the interviewer who we interviewed with for an hour and a half then switched to another interviewer for another hour and a half. Amazon is very focused on wanting you to be able to analyze problems and fix them on your own.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
