I was part of MBA on-campus recruitment. Two days of interviews. First day 2x half an hour interview. Feedback provided the same day and 2nd round follows the next day. Second day 2x 45 minutes of interviews. Feedback given in 2 working days. I was then invited to one of the FCs and spent 1.5 - 2 hours with General Manager who guided me through FC. He provides his feedback to recruiters, but I was under the impression this was organized more to manage our expectations and to see how it looks like on our own. Questions in the interviews were almost all about Amazon's leadership principles. Some say explicitly which principles they will be questioning and some of them just start asking about situations where you could demonstrate your potential for behaving according to those principles.
