Round 1: Watson Glacer Critical Thinking Test
Multiple choice questions
Round 2: HR Round
This round was omitted for me. However, I was told to prepare for it.
Round 3: Telephonic Round - Pearson Versant English Test
Round 4: Operations Round with Hiring Manager
The questions are focused on the 14 leadership principles particularly customer obsession. The check to see if you are ready to work on weekends, do night shifts and work over time.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

What do you understand by insider or internal risk?
Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
