Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon en abr 2012
Entrevista
Had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. Two days later I was scheduled for a panel interview. Thought that went pretty good. First with two managers and then with HR manager. Was told I would hear back by end of the week or early the following week. A week later I reached out to the recruiter by email and then a few days later by telephone to find out if a candidate had been selected. Still have not heard back two weeks later. In the interview I was told everything negative about the position and they didn't really do anything to sell me on why I would want this position even though I knew that I was qualified for it. I read the reviews on Glassdoor and other sites about the turnover and long hours. I was told that I would average 55-60 hours a week in this position and thought it was interesting that two of the interviewers had less than one year with Amazon. In retrospect, I love my work/life balance that my current employer offers along with flexible work hours and great benefits/retirement. I enjoyed the experience of this interview but felt it wasn't meant to be.
