It was five rounds of interview where first round was GD,after GD people were separated depending upon the jobs they applied i,e seller support and TRMS.i went the 2nd round which was online test for TRMS process but unfortunately i could not clear it.next round was voice and accent round and followed by two ops round.Overall it was good experience

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

What do you understand by insider or internal risk?
Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
