Filling in personal details on forms of employment,participation in drug and alcohol test,picture for badge...nothing else,you go home and you have to wait an email or sms to know when you will start to work.There is not a face to face interview.As a recruiter,you can tell what kind of person is that who wants to commit to the company you represent if,you talk at least 5 minutes face to face with that person.From my point of view it is very important to ''read'' the future employee and I think a recruiter is trained to be able to do this.
