Applied online through the career website. They set up a 30 min phone interview which was mostly behavioral and resume questions. A week later they contacted me and let me know I made it to the next round.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
