Job Fair setting. You were automatically employed provided you passed background Check and Drug Test. Wait was upwards of 2 weeks for an Orientation start date. Turn over rate is not High if you can work in a fast paced setting and are able to learn quickly.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
