it was 45 minutes phone interview which consisted of technical questions and HR stuff.He asked basic algorithm questions and even asked me to write an algorithm to send it to him at that moment.Hash table,pointers,references,arrays stuffs .It wasn't hard but i was so nervous.

Had a screening from recruiter, then a follow up phone interview.
Had been asked to take an assessment and I flunked it.
