A short phone screen was the first step. If the candidate was moved forward, they were invited to meet with a few team members in the talent acquisition department. Additional interviews might be needed. These are very structured and you must be prepared.

I interviewed through a staffing agency and accepted a contractor position as a recruiting coordinator. After about 9 months, I interviewed for a full time position at Amazon and met with 4-5 interviewers. Each interview was about 30- 45 minutes.
