Interview was pleasant and straight forward. It got me really excited about both the company and position. We went over the job description and what the position entails. I was able to discuss my resume, experiences, strengths, and ask questions about the company.

Entrevista
I had a quick in person interview with the regional director, then met the franchise owner. I was given an offer within an hour, which felt rushed. I felt as if I was hired before they even met me. Once I realized the responsibility expectation, I felt the pay rate was grossly low to “run the business like it’s yours.”
