I had 2 separate interviews, one was some basic questions about my experience and the other one was more practical. They asked me to draw a simple stop/start circuit, as well as wire up a dual stop/start station to pull in a 120V contactor. After that I terminated a 100A Industrial Cord End. They just wanted to make sure that I could do all the basics.
