The interview process has been a email from the HR and direct face-to-face discussion with the hiring manager. The discussion was for more that 1.5 Hr and mostly about my profile , experience in handling customer issues, team dynamics, handling the stakeholders expectations.

Straight forward 5 step process: screening, HR phone interview, a Skype interviews with a hiring manager, 2 online tests and on-sure visit at Amadeus campus in Villeneuve-Loubet. Apart from that nothing really unusual

Why Amadeus, what qualifies you for the role, in fact nothing special... a bit of focus on hands-on attitude, as Amadeus culture is pretty much hands on at all levels and does not necessarily digests divas. They might also ask you about internal referrals, so it's good to have one.
