Got interview scheduled by a consultancy. There were two technical, one hiring manager round and one round with Director. Good thing was the overall interview process is more practical oriented instead of going behind mugged up questions. Overall process was smooth. No complains with that. At one level it looked like everything is positive. But later it was informed from consultancy that you are not being selected. Now the small problem/ feedback for overall process is, for selecting a candidate it may not require to go till Director round. It can be at least decided at level of Hiring manager for any such senior position. On calling to HR I got to know they went ahead with other candidate. Kindly inform to the rejected candidate with a valid reason by email at least.
