I was called on a Working Tuesday in July 2019. The consultant too wasn't aware of the number of rounds, but was sure about the process for the day not lasting more than 3 hours. They had 1 technical round with Basic Python Questions like decorators, list & data manipulation, objects in Python (more of a screening round). After this round, Tech Lead round had questions of REST API, Design Patterns & System design. After waiting for 1.5 hours, Manager round happened, where Architectural design of any current project and implementation of an API was asked. By this time it was already quite late. They informed me to wait for sometime for a Director round, while everyone rushed away for lunch. No one turned up, no one. The HR seemed completely uninterested. On calling her 4 times over 2 hours, her reply remained the same -"Please wait for 10 mins". Then at 5PM, the director turns up & takes me to a meeting room. By this time, I was starving to death and the director who seemed completely uninterested, asks me questions related to my project and then passes judgments about how terrible my project is.(Really?) Post this round, I never received a response. The consultant too wasn't informed. Just 1 week later, I get a call for the same position and another one after a month. Folks, if you get a call for this opening, Please don't go for it. These unprofessional people, especially the HR, literally, play with your time, effort & emotions.
