Had lunch together and talk. Followed interviewers’ lead and listen closely for when they switch from casual dialogue to questions about my fit for the position. Work to create an engaging, enjoyable conversation with your interviewer so that the time this person has to spend with you feels like time well-spent, even if he or she was silently dreading it before you arrived.
Typical questions that were given by a manager over a video call, felt very by the book, was reading off of notes for interview questions. Nothing about the process felt out of the ordinary.
