      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 7 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Amadeus (Niza) en may 2018

      Like some other opinions about this company on Glassdoor, think very very carefully whether or not you're really willing to apply, hence to spend one day or two for complicated on-site interviews. Perhaps our experience is not general, but you take the risk to have this kind of relatively negative experience. What I had: - First a brief phone interview with a recruiter for "direct opportunities". - Then online tests: 1 Java test, 1 personality test and 1 English test. - Finally on-site interviews: 2 with managers, 2 with HR. What I think is negative: 1. Totally unclear position. I've contacted by a recruiter with several positions proposed. I've selected two of them and told that recruiter. But in the end, I realized (guessed) that my CV was sent to one position without my confirmation, without any email confirmation of the application. To be honest, even now I still have no idea about what I was supposed to be applied... Moreover, another recruiter contacted me for the on-site interviews but did not give me ANY details about which interviews I would have, how they would be, etc. So, due to these 2 unclear steps, I could not figure out how to prepare my interviews and questions. 2. I feel comfortable with online tests, as Amadeus did. But the personality test was really annoying. I had three options for every question, but I had to select only one. In my personal opinion, the questions were designed only to stress out the candidates. Sometimes multiple options were ok to me, sometimes there was no options I wanted to select. I was confused and truely stressed out. 3. Travels for the on-site interviews are inevitable, I understand. But the fee is not totally refunded with no reason explained. 4. The HRs seemed to get tired about this recruiting process. Some of them are "friendly", but I could feel that their smile was not true. When we took the shuttle bus towards their canteen for lunch, the HRs just chatted between them and did not want to tell us about how we would see the lives in Amadeus (I think that should be the best moment to demonstrate the professional life in the company, with brief talks about the meal, the events, etc.). Then, when we arrived in front of the canteen, they told us there were a lot of choices and you could discover it. THAT WAS ALL THEY SAID about how we can get something to eat. Then they leave for THEIR own lunches and we were really confused about the large canteen. I felt really uncomfortable about this. 5. At the end of the on-site day, they told us they would give a feedback very very soon (it was in the middle of the week, and they said they could give the response even by the end of the week, or at the beginning of the next week). But I got my final feedback 3 weeks later. I accept the 3-week delay because I think it is normal, but in this case, please do not promise a quick feedback. Conclusion: I had a difficult time because I was really busy on my things and the process was really complicated. I think they should have managed this better, as a huge company with a good international reputation. I don't think I would recommend others to apply.

      The interview process consisted of one behaviour and then one technical. Leetcode style questions. Object oriented programming questions. The more questions you answer the harder the follow up questions get.

      Iterview with HR: They check if you are a good fit for company values Direct management: Again check if fits with team culture and technical and academic background and experience Technical interview: some that i've seen includes system design, theoretical knowledge on software dev like concepts of o.o.p. for programing usually check if a given code works why it works and why its failing also check for errors in syntax and semantics
