You first get a pre-interview, which by the way is a multiple choice pre-test that consists of logical and word problems. Mine was done through a link sent by the recruiter. If you get a good enough score they will invite you for an on-site interview where you meet with whichever department’s manager that over looks the role you applied for. The interview is about 25-30 minutes.

Pre-interview and an in person interview. The interviewer was easy to talk to, the building was nice and easy to find. Water & coffee available. Took about 30 mins overall.
