The interview process at this organisation must be improved. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout the entire process. For starters I was led to believe I would get the job, as after the initial call the interviewer asked me to come into the office to "meet the team". Instead of meeting the people I would be working with, I was simply asked questions in the format of an interview (in disguise) as it was never mentioned to me that this was a formal chat. After the interview the interviewer told me he would contact me at the end of the week regarding if I was successful. So I waited , and heard nothing, and decided to contact the organisation on indeed, I sent two messages and neither were replied to. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional, and as a result of this I decided to withdraw my application. In the future, please could I ask you are transparent with applicants, it puts people off the job, if there isn't communication at such a basic level, how is there any hope that there would be during the job? I would advise others to be careful and aware of this when applying for roles within this organisation.
