The hiring managers took 1 internal interview and then the 2nd interview was with the HR of the company. It was very professional and the hiring managers at Altis were sweet to brief you beforehand potential questions

DESCRIBE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING THING ABOUT THIS POSITION
5 rounds all very conversational with different leaders. It was more to understand the company culture rather than current skill set. They also set clear expectations and made sure to evaluate if I would be a good fit for perm and temp. Since I new to staffing world I was chosen for temp. Easy interview process

Entrevista
basically a cattle call - 12 to 15 people called in at the same time. Given maximum of 5 minutes with the hiring manager., and THAT'S IT. Not impressed Will NOT interview with this company again -- so bad, that sometimes they disguise the name of the company
