They were pretty pushy and unwilling to work with your schedule. Intensive phone interview followed by an in person panel interview where they asked you the same questions over again.

They basically asked you a seres of ethical situational questions at the end, and there was no way to answer them without A) Screwing the company over or B) Screwing your customer over. I answered in the most ethically sound way possible and I believe they were looking for someone who was a little more willing to bend their ethics to squeeze out a few more dollars for Altria. But I'm probably the stupid one for thinking a cigarette company would respect business ethics.
