First two rounds has the proper process but the final round they call it as EL round here where the process is worst and the panel will not join the call as committed. And in recent incident 3 times the EL round was postponed.

The interview was scheduled over the phone at 7 PM in the night and was rescheduled to 8:30 PM. Finally the interview was conducted at 10:30 PM in the night over the phone, as the interviewer wasn't available till then. I found that the other person had slogged through the day and was completely exhausted even to listen to the answers. The interview was fairly easy and I didn't find anything which was non answerable. However, I never received any response back from them. I found appearing in such an interview as a complete waste of time as quality of questions was absolutely basic and on top of it there was no outcome.
