I cleared first round, Interview was mostly focused on Agile/ Scrum concepts. It was a good interview. But problem occured for 2nd round: 1. I was conveyed over call that Second round will be Wednesday but I received no email for that. I was calling for link but now conclusive answer. I received that on wednesday afternoon for Thursday. My halfday leave for Wednesday was wasted. 2. For 2nd round just after basic intro, interviewer asked me my designation I told its Sr. Consultant, he was like where can I see role written as scrum master. I was able to explain him and was ready to show proof. Then comes the climax:- Immediately after 1 or 2 question he asked, is there someone in room who is guiding you. I was liked WTH. HOW can such thing happen in interviews in camera. I showed whole room thro camera. After such questions I deliberately started winding up things by saying "I dont know answer" or gave incorrect ones. I dont want to work with such people. One suggestion to management, time have changed "In interview, employee is also judging employer" so please think about it.

3 technical rounds and lengthy interview. They will say that your feedback is positive but suddenly after few days they will say your feedback was negative. Most important HR does not inform anything , after multiple call they will say feedback was negative
