They are just taking interviews for name sake. To collect data in the bgv process. Sometime they ask to attend AI interviews to train their model. Then they just dont respond you once they take data

I’m quite disappointed with the outcome. From my perspective, I performed well in most of the interview questions except for the one related to signals. However, I received feedback stating that my profile does not align with the requirements for the role at this time. I also noticed that the job description mentions UI/UX design responsibilities, whereas I had applied specifically for the Angular role.
