Initial Screening Call • Conducted by HR. • Covered my background, motivation, and salary expectations. • Lasted around 30 minutes. 2. Marketing Leadership Interview • Focused on my marketing strategy experience, challenges I faced, and specific campaigns I led. • Included situational questions on how I would handle growth, brand positioning, and acquisition channels. 3. Case Study Assignment & Presentation • I was given a case study about forecasting subscriber growth, diversifying acquisition channels, and proposing a content strategy. • Had 5 days to prepare a detailed deck with data-driven recommendations. • Presented the case over a video call to senior executives, followed by in-depth questions. 4. Final Interview with Co-Founder • Discussion focused on company culture, expectations, my leadership style, and alignment with Altibbi’s vision. • Addressed practical details like work setup, relocation, and flexibility. The process was professional, structured, and transparent. Communication was consistent, and I received updates after each stage. The interviews were challenging but fair, testing both strategic thinking and execution experience.
