Vague and lacks professionalism. Applicant has to follow up and TA provide wrong misinformed data points. Comes unprepared to interview asking irrelevant questions. Later I found there is a clear path to the interview cycle which wasn't communicated to me and I was lagging behind while other applicants are way ahead in the process.
