Process consisted of brief phone screening followed by in-person interview. Hiring manager called and scheduled time for office interview. In office, the interview was conducted by two people, the department manager and one of the project managers. Essentially, your boss and one of your co-workers. Very easy interview. They were looking at several other candidate and called back with an offer a week later.
