I met representatives at a job fair and they set up an interview with me for the next day. They seemed to interview everyone based on the fact I walked up and got an interview within a few seconds.

I met the interviewers at a table on my campus and had a great conversation with them. I gave them my resume and they offered me an interview. The interview was very straightforward and not technical focused. I got emailed back soon after.

What was one conflict you've seen and how did you overcome it?
Met recruiter at career fair. Had an online phone call and then a 2 hour interview. Got ghosted after following up twice with my recruiter. Extremely disheartening and unprofessional to take up a large amount of a candidates time just to ghost them.
