2 Interviews, 1st with HR & Asst Service Manager, 2nd with Service Manager & Office Manager. Basic questions, easy & comfortable. Assessment Test, background check & drug test before offer was given.

I was interviewed by the Human Resource Manager than followed by the Service Manager and lastly i was introduced to the General Manager. I was first asked a few questions by the HR Manager regarding myself and he gave me a brief history of the company itself. I was than interviewed by the Service Manager and he asked me how i felt working as a Customer Service Rep. He explained the stress around the position and explained in detail what the position entitled me to do . The work load and the busy phones with customers, managers , and RSR calling to place orders. I was lastly introduced to the General Manager. The HR Manager and the Service Manager gave me a tour of the Plant in Alsco they took me to meet office Personnel, the managers and the RSR too.
