Interview process took 1 day and started with excel test then f2f interview with managers and finally sr. hr manager took the interview and they said that they want me to join as soon as possible so i was ready to join within 15 days.So after the interview was over they started playing a game with me as they told that once i share my documents and once the reference check will complete they will issue offer letter and i followed each and every process which they asked for and once their process was done HR called and told that every process is done and we will release offer letter in a day.So i waited for the offer letter and after 3 days when i called and asked about the offer letter, HR said we have sent it for approval to headquarters and the person who approves is on leave so 1 week got over and when i called back again HR said all are busy in conferences and meetings this scene went on for another 1 week then in the third week when i called, HR told headquarter told us there is no business requirement so they wont approve and till that time i left my previous job and even i had offer of other company and just because of there assurance i didn't accept that offer because i never felt that this could happen and i request everyone who is going to join this company think twice because this can happen with you also and those HR will not understand what the candidate goes through and they never think twice also by playing with somebody's carrier and because of them i left my previous company and offer of the other companies also.
