Although it took a very long time to get an in person interview after my phone interview, I understand having to wait on corporate for approval. The interview was a normal interview, I was just myself and kind of let my experience speak for itself. I have 5 years forklift experience and 15 years of customer service, which I believe helped because we are supplying customers. I learned about the company before my interview, and they appreciated that.

Entrevista
The interview was held between the Superintendent and the General Manager. The Superintendent continually asked questions that to my knowledge weren't allowed. Two that i remember are whether or not I had children and a family, and whether or not I was a believer in God. The General Manager immediately said please disregard those. I wasn't personally offended by the questions but if someone was, I assume HR would take action regarding the line of questioning.
Went well. Great environment of people, and got back with an offer as soon as possible. Needed bodies to fill the warehouse. Long hours specified as well with plenty of overtime when necessary

Online, phone in person with a couple of assessments at every step of the process. Some positions will require more than one interview and then on final interview you will do drug testing
