It was hard but doable I didn’t enjoy the interaction with the senior consultant he was very rigid and tense he seemed uninterested in answers given by me to him.
Straightforward 2 stage interview process with basic behavioural questions discussed during the first stage. Second round with a senior associate, was an extension of the first round and many questions were asked based on the Alpha sights booklet and role.

I attended the Tokyo Career Forum in the summer and happened to walk by their booth and decided I might as well do a walk-in interview. They had me sit down at their booth for a 5 minute screening process but I did not get a call-back for the next round.
