Entrevista
First round is a Natural Strengths online assessment in the form of a game. Following that there is an initial interview with HR which went well. I then got a Take Home technical assessment which I didn't pass.
An initial video call with HR to run them through your resume, getting further details about the role and the organization, answering several questions about your relevant experience and salary/rate expectations.

It was a bit lengthy of a process but luckily they are very communicative. Stage 1: 45 minute HR call, stage 2: Technical assessment, stage 3 interview with QA lead and a senior QA, not sure if there is another stage. But honestly, they didn't really seem to know what they were doing or asking. They also refused to give feedback .

Second Round with QA Manager and Senior QA - 1 hour
HR round was more predictable, questions based on STAR scenarios.
QA manager round was very detailed. Manager was more keen to know what processes were followed in previous company.

7. What are your expectations from the role?
8. What is the latest challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
