They gave out the process of hiring as soon as you apply which I like since it is clear. They said the overall process will be around 4 weeks. There will be 3 rounds of interviews with a case study which they will send it beforehand. You first do the online assessment about the natural strengths (fit) and then video interviews. There are three questions with general behavioural questions related to client service. I got rejected after the video interview.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
