Entrevista
There is an initial screening, followed by an initial video call with an HR of one of their offices, in my experience they forgot about my interview so I waited 20 min, then there is an interview, and a case study with a final in presence interview in the London office

Pregunta 1
I was asked if I was involved in other recruitment processes. There was no feedback after the interview process.
Straightforward 2 stage interview process with basic behavioural questions discussed during the first stage. Second round with a senior associate, was an extension of the first round and many questions were asked based on the Alpha sights booklet and role.

First round phone screening: general questions about yourself, career plan, and why the company? Mostly about yourself, nothing really towards the business the company do but it will show up in next round.

I attended the Tokyo Career Forum in the summer and happened to walk by their booth and decided I might as well do a walk-in interview. They had me sit down at their booth for a 5 minute screening process but I did not get a call-back for the next round.
