Entrevista
If your application is successful, AlphaSights will invite you to a 1-1 interview (15 minutes) with one of their recruiters, who will ask you 3 questions. I didn't receive any feedback on my answers except for "thank you". Expect pokerface (voice) deluxe.

1) Tell me about yourself.
2) What does AlphaSight do? What would you be doing? (they want to know how well you understand the business and the role that you have applied to)
3) Tell me about a successful project you have been involved in.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
