Video interview - just ensure you do plenty of research both about the company and market, I didn't do enough and got caught out easily. Interviewer was quite cold and gave no indication if I was on the right track with answers at all so don't expect much affirmation during the interview.

Pretty simple. Pay close attention to the information pack they give as this outlines most of the work. Other than that just standard behavioural questions. Try and speak to one of the current team members for better idea of day to day work.

4 stages. Initial phone screening, 1-hour interview with someone from the talent acquisition team, case study simulating a work brief, and a final interview with a senior manager about your background and future ambitions.
