Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

It was very easy at the outset; two rounds (phone interview with basic fit questions, later a case interview) then the last round. The last round was much more difficult; it seemed like the VP was more interested in the questions that he wanted to ask than the responses.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
