It was a video test, called AVA test. People are required to answer 6 questions and will have to 5 seconds to review the question and prepare. It easily made people nervous and uncomfortable. However, to overcome the bad feelings, enough preparation need to be done before the interview. Plus, try to answer the test Q as many times as you want, cause the result won't be saved. Take advantage of that, make yourself adapt to the environment, then begin. Dress formal, relax and remember never stop since you only have 60s for each Q. Good luck!
