online form -describe yourself in 3 words phone interview I was sent a video interview invite, then their system didnt work and when I contacted them, I was told there isnt a video interview required for that role and that the next step is a face to face. Then I had to wait for 2 weeks to hear back from them, when I got invited for a telephone interview that was then cancelled 30min before it was meant to happen by the HR lady because there was an ''internal scheduling conflict''. The phone interview was CV based and most of the questions were around why you chose your degree etc.
