1: Online form, asked to write a short paragraph with 3 words that best describe you. 2: Got back to me fairly quickly (1-2 days). First video portion, they give you 7 questions (I used all of the questions people recommended on here and that was fairly accurate). You have about 5 seconds to read the question and then it starts recording you for either 30 seconds or 60 seconds. (You do not know how long you have to answer until it starts recording.) I was really nervous but it turned out to not be that awkward because it moves so quickly. 3: Contacted to do a videochat interview with someone on People Operations. 4: Scheduled in person interview. This was broken up into two sections, both parts with two interviewers. First part was more technical, had two case studies to do in 15 minutes with a laptop. Make sure you understand what AlphaSights really does. Second part was more behavioral, about your experience.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
