thirty second video recording of yourself answering questions and video interview with one of the employers through a specific website, proficiency test to translate and conduct email to customer introducing oneself.
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.
