I applied for the Graduate Analyst position. The initial application was straightforward and simple, I filled out my details, attached a CV and explained in 200 words why I wanted to work for AlphaSights. About a week later I received an e-mail inviting me for a video interview. I was very disappointed not to even make it past this stage. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. Some of the questions I was asked were: Describe a situation where you had a commercial impact (e.g. start-up, part-time jobs, fundraising) and what you learned from it. Tell us about the biggest goal you have set yourself and what you did to achieve it. What are you passionate about (in a non-academic / non-professional capacity) and what have you accomplished in this field? What does AlphaSights do? Where do you see yourself in the next few years and how can AlphaSights help achieve this?

I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
