Case Study given beforehand to prep, Go through resume with a group of current Associates/Managers
3rd Round Google Hangout with Manager/Director
Getting to know you and answering questions you have about the position/company.

One of the HR officers gave me a call. I do not currently live in Hong Kong but the time difference was little so it was not difficult to receive the phone call from them.

After submitting the application, was then asked to record video answers to questions online. The next round was a relatively informal Skype interview with a recruiter. Second round was with two recruiters in-person which was had both a behavioral and case interview.
